We crave more high-stakes action. The perfectly timed explosions, the tactical maneuvers!

The show is just so darn entertaining!

But think about it. Four seasons is a solid run. It's a good, respectable length.

Wouldn't it be better to go out on a high note? Instead of dragging things out?

Imagine a killer final season. The ultimate bad guy. The highest stakes.

Hondo makes a huge, life-altering decision. Then, fade to black. Boom! Legendary.

Let's be real. Money talks. Ratings matter. If SWAT is still killing it, they'll probably renew it.
