Why Is Kat Leaving Law And Order Svu

So, Kat's gone from SVU. Poof. Vanished. Just like a perp in a procedural montage.

Anyone else secretly doing a happy dance? Or is that just me?

Let's be honest. Kat always felt a bit...extra. Like that one ingredient in a recipe that just doesn't quite belong.

She was always passionate, yes. But passion doesn't solve crimes. Give me Olivia Benson's detective skills any day.

Seriously, did Kat ever actually solve a case? Or did she mostly just react dramatically?

I'm going to say it: Kat's departure isn't a huge loss. I need my SVU squad to be effective, not just loud.

We all love a bit of drama, but SVU is already packed with it. We don't need extra sprinkles of "look at me!"

Maybe Kat realized this too. Maybe she decided to pursue a career where shouting opinions actually helps.

Chemistry is everything on a show like SVU. Think Benson and Stabler. Classic. Iconic.

It felt forced, like she was trying too hard. Maybe that's why she's moving on. Good for her!

Or maybe she's opening a cat cafe. Kat's Cat Cafe. I'd watch that show!

Regardless of the real reason, I'm cautiously optimistic about the future of SVU. A fresh start can be a good thing.
