Why Doesn't Amazon Prime Work On My Tv Anymore

Is it just me, or does Amazon Prime suddenly hate our TVs? I swear, it worked perfectly fine last week. Now? Buffering circles of doom are my constant companion.
I'm convinced my TV has developed a personal vendetta against Jeff Bezos. I mean, it streams everything else flawlessly. YouTube? No problem. Netflix? Smooth as butter. Prime Video? An absolute catastrophe.
The Streaming Struggle is Real
Maybe my TV is just picky. Or maybe, just maybe, Amazon is secretly throttling the bandwidth. Unpopular opinion: I suspect they want me to buy a new Fire Stick.
Must Read
It's always something, isn't it? You finally settle in for a relaxing movie night. Popcorn? Check. Cozy blanket? Check. Prime Video cooperating? Absolutely not.
The Blame Game
Who’s to blame? Is it my ancient router? Possibly. Could it be the gremlins that live in my walls? Don't rule it out. But deep down, I suspect it's Amazon's master plan to conquer my living room with more devices.
I've tried everything. Resetting the router. Reinstalling the app. Yelling at the TV. Nothing seems to work. My dog is starting to look at me with concern.

And let’s be honest, their interface isn’t exactly winning any design awards. Scrolling through endless tiles of movies and shows... It's like a digital scavenger hunt designed to induce a headache.
I miss the days when streaming was simple. Pick a movie, press play, enjoy. Now it's a tech support nightmare just to watch a single episode of "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel".
The Conspiracy Theories Abound
Okay, I'm probably being dramatic. But think about it. What if Amazon intentionally makes the app glitchy on older TVs? It’s a brilliant (and slightly evil) plan!

They force you to upgrade. Buy their latest gadget. Fall deeper into the Amazon ecosystem. Resistance is futile.
My other theory? My TV is jealous of my phone. I stream Prime Video flawlessly on my phone all the time. Maybe it’s a passive-aggressive rebellion.
The Search for Solutions (That Probably Won't Work)
I've googled every possible solution. Cleared the cache. Updated the firmware. Tweaked the DNS settings. I’m starting to sound like a tech support agent myself.
And you know what? None of it worked. Absolutely zero improvement. I’m starting to think I need an exorcist, not a technician.

Maybe I should just cancel my Prime membership. Nah, who am I kidding? I need that free shipping.
A Plea to the Streaming Gods
Dear Amazon, please fix your app. I just want to watch my shows without wanting to throw my remote through the screen.
Is that too much to ask? A stable, reliable streaming experience? Apparently, it is.

Until then, I'll be here. Fighting the good fight. Battling the buffering wheel. And secretly plotting my revenge against my TV.
Or maybe I'll just watch something on Netflix. Don't tell Amazon.
Seriously though, is anyone else experiencing this Prime Video purgatory? Tell me I'm not alone!
Maybe it is time to look into buying a Roku. Or just buying a new TV.
