Alright, buckle up, Pretty Little Liars fans! Season 6, the season of dramatic reveals, questionable fashion choices (we're looking at you, Hanna's mom!), and the burning question: Who the heck is A now?!

The Rollercoaster of Suspicion

Remember that feeling when you thought you finally had it figured out? Only to have your world turned upside down faster than you can say "Got a secret, can you keep it?" That's Season 6 in a nutshell.

For those of you who need a refresher (and honestly, who doesn't after all those twists?), CeCe was revealed to be a transgender woman who was adopted by the DiLaurentis family.

She was institutionalized, felt betrayed by her family, and developed a serious vendetta against Alison and her friends.

Hence, the elaborate torment and elaborate plotting. We've all been there, right? (Just kidding... mostly.)

But Wait, There's More!

Just when we thought we could finally sleep soundly, Rosewood style, knowing A's identity, the show throws another curveball at us. A big one! A new "A" is coming.

Season 6 actually splits into two parts, a bit like the Liars splitting up for college only to get dragged back into the Rosewood vortex.

After a time jump of five years, the girls are back, and so is the harassment! Time to ask the question again, who is the new A?

Enter the New Big Bad: A.D.

It seems as if CeCe/Charlotte was only part of the plan and there is another villain at play. Someone who is calling the shots now.

This new tormenter goes by A.D. and they are after the Liars in order to find out who killed Charlotte.

Now, Season 7 is the one where we find out who A.D. is, but for now, just remember that the identity of A in Season 6 is Charlotte DiLaurentis, but that the game is not over yet!
