When Will The View Be Back In The Studio 2021

Okay, let's talk The View. When, oh WHEN, are they coming back to the actual studio?

I know, I know, this might be an unpopular opinion. Some folks are probably perfectly happy with the current setup. But I miss the energy of that iconic table!

The Great Remote Debate

It's been a while, hasn't it? We’ve gotten used to seeing Whoopi, Joy, Sunny, and the rotating guest hosts on our screens from their homes.

And sure, there are perks. We get glimpses into their personal lives, their bookshelves, their questionable wallpaper choices.

But let's be real. It's just not the same as them being together in the studio, trading zingers and side-eyes in person.

Zoom Doom?

Don't get me wrong, Zoom and other remote technologies have been lifesavers. We've been able to connect with family, friends, and even... shudder... attend virtual meetings.

But the slight delays, the occasional frozen screens, the "can you hear me now?" awkwardness... it all adds up. Especially when you're trying to watch a lively debate.

There's something about the energy of a real, in-person conversation that Zoom just can't replicate. It’s like trying to hug someone through a window.

My Totally Unscientific Prediction

So, when will they grace us with their presence back at the studio? My guess (and it's purely a guess, based on absolutely nothing but my longing): Fall 2021.

Maybe September? October? Right around the time everyone's back in school and pumpkin spice lattes are flowing freely. It just feels right.

Imagine! New season, new set (maybe?), and the ladies back in action, arguing about hot topics with their usual flair. Pure television magic!

The Health and Safety Factor

Of course, the most important thing is everyone's health and safety. We want The View hosts to be safe and comfortable.

But let's be honest, other shows are slowly returning to their studios. With proper precautions, surely The View can join them soon?

I'm not saying rush things. But I am saying... hurry up! My TV viewing experience isn't quite the same without that iconic roundtable.

A Plea to the Powers That Be

Dear ABC executives, please hear my (and probably many other viewers') plea. Bring back the studio!

Give us the drama, the laughter, and the occasional uncomfortable silences in person. Let's get those ladies back together where they belong.

And if you need a volunteer to clap enthusiastically in the audience, I'm your gal! I'll even bring snacks (socially distanced, of course).

Final Thoughts (and a Question)
