When Is My Hero Academia World Mission Coming Out

Okay, let's talk about My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. Specifically, when it finally landed on our screens (or, you know, hard drives). It feels like forever ago, right?
Remember the hype? The trailers? The endless discussions about Deku's new outfit?
The Great Release Date Mystery
First, Japan got it. July 2021. Lucky ducks! I was green with envy.
Must Read
Then came the wait for the rest of us. The agonizing, torturous wait. Was it coming to theaters? Streaming?
North America had to hold on until late October 2021. Europe, a little later. It felt like they were deliberately teasing us!
I swear, I aged a decade during that time. Constantly refreshing release date announcements. It was a dark time for this MHA fan.
But Was It Worth The Wait? (A Slightly Unpopular Opinion)
Now, this is where things get controversial. Deep breath, everyone.

Look, World Heroes' Mission was good. Really good!
But…was it amazing? Was it the best My Hero Academia movie ever made? Hmmm. Let's just say I have some thoughts.
The animation was stunning, no doubt. The fight scenes were epic, especially the one involving Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto.
And the new costumes? Chef's kiss! Seriously, they looked fantastic. I need that stealth suit in my own wardrobe, stat.

However, the plot... I felt it stretched a little thin. Did the villain have a compelling motivation? Debatable.
And the pacing felt off at times. I just wanted a bit more substance. A bit more…oomph!
Maybe I had built it up too much in my head. All that waiting created unreasonable expectations, perhaps.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it. I watched it multiple times (don't judge me!). But it wasn't the earth-shattering experience I anticipated.

So, What's the Verdict?
My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission is definitely worth watching. The visuals alone are worth the price of admission (or rental, or whatever).
The character interactions are fun, and seeing our favorite heroes in action is always a treat.
Just go in with reasonable expectations. Don't expect a masterpiece that will redefine anime. Expect a fun, action-packed adventure with your favorite characters.
And hey, maybe you'll disagree with me! Maybe you think it's the greatest anime movie ever made. And that's perfectly fine. We can still be friends.

Just promise me you won't throw tomatoes at my house. Please?
In conclusion, it's been out for a while! So if you haven't seen it yet, what are you waiting for? Go watch My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission and form your own opinion!
And then come back and tell me if I'm completely wrong. I'm always open to being persuaded... maybe.
