When Does The Next This Is Us Come Out

Okay, let's be real. We've all been there. Staring longingly at the TV, maybe with a half-eaten box of tissues nearby. Asking ourselves the big question: When does the next This Is Us come out?

Except... wait a minute. Cue the dramatic music! There ISN'T a next This Is Us.

Yep, you read that right. The Pearson family packed up their photo albums and moved on. The show ended.

I know, I know. Deep breaths. We survived Jack's death, we can survive this. Maybe.

The Great This Is Us Withdrawal

It's been a while since the finale aired. Some of us are coping well. Others? Not so much.

I, for one, may or may not have started re-watching from season one. Don't judge me! It's research...for... coping mechanisms.

Okay, here it comes. Prepare yourselves. I think This Is Us ended at the right time.

Gasp! I know, I know. Blasphemy! But hear me out.

Think about it. How many shows drag on for way too long? They lose their spark. The storylines get ridiculous.

This Is Us gave us a satisfying ending (mostly). They tied up loose ends. We got to say goodbye (with a lot of tears, of course).

Wouldn't you rather remember the show at its best? Instead of watching it slowly decline into a shadow of its former self?

So, What Now?

Alright, so there's no new This Is Us. What are we supposed to do with our Tuesday nights now? Stare at the wall?

Absolutely not! We find a new show to obsess over. Or, you know, re-watch This Is Us again. I won't tell.

There are tons of great shows out there. Maybe something with less family drama. Or maybe something even more dramatic! The possibilities are endless.

You could even write your own show. Imagine! This Is Us: The Next Generation. Okay, maybe not. But you get the idea.

The Legacy of the Pearsons

Even though the show is over, the This Is Us family will live on. In our hearts, in our tear ducts, and on streaming services.

We'll remember Jack's wisdom. Kate's singing. Kevin's… well, Kevin. And of course, Rebecca's incredible strength.

This Is Us taught us about family, love, loss, and everything in between. It made us laugh, it made us cry, and it made us appreciate the little things.

So, while there may not be a new episode coming next week (or ever), we can always revisit the old ones. And remember why we fell in love with the Pearsons in the first place.

And hey, maybe one day they'll do a reunion movie. A girl can dream, right?
