But Season 1 holds a special place in my cynical little heart. It was the beginning of something truly special and the foundation of the show we know and love today.

It was the gateway drug to the nihilistic humor we all crave. It got us hooked on the portal gun goodness.

Re-Watch It, You Know You Want To

So, next time you're scrolling through streaming services, give Season 1 another shot. Reminisce about the good old days. The days before the hype.

You might be surprised by how well it holds up. Or you might realize I'm completely wrong. Either way, it's a win-win!
