When Are The Next America's Got Talent Auditions

Okay, let’s talk America’s Got Talent. Or, as I like to call it, the annual "Where Did They Find These People?!" extravaganza.
The big question always is: when can I audition? (Just kidding... mostly.) When are the next auditions actually happening?
The Great AGT Audition Hunt
Finding the official audition dates feels like cracking a secret code sometimes. You'd think they'd blast it from the rooftops, right?
Must Read
Nope. It's usually a slow drip of information. Like they're building suspense for... signing up in a massive crowd?
So, How Do We Find Out?
First, stalk NBC's AGT website. Seriously, bookmark it. Refresh it hourly. Just kidding (sort of).
They are usually the first one to share the information, although maybe on Twitter too!
Next, social media is your friend. Follow @AGT on all the platforms. Turn on notifications! You want to be the first to know!
And, most importantly, let's talk about the online auditions!
The Online Audition Option
Here's a little secret: online auditions are often available before the in-person ones. It's the sneaky back door to stardom!
This is the method that doesn't make you wait in lines for 12 hours. I mean, who has time for that?
So, get that audition tape ready! Polish your act. Shine, baby, shine!

The Waiting Game: My Unpopular Opinion
Now, here’s my controversial take: I think the "surprise" element of audition dates is actually brilliant. Hear me out!
It weeds out the half-hearted acts. The truly dedicated performers will be all over the announcements. They'll be ready to pounce!
Those casual singers who just saw it one day and got bored that they have to put in work will quit before they start.
But Seriously, When Are They?
Unfortunately, as of right now, specific dates for the next season's auditions are usually under wraps.

Typically, we're looking at late fall/early winter for the initial online submissions, followed by in-person auditions in the spring.
Think January to April time frame. Mark it on your calendars! Get that act together!
A Few Final Thoughts (and more gentle ribbing)
Remember, America's Got Talent is a marathon, not a sprint. So, prepare your act. Plan your trip. Stock up on snacks for those long lines (if you dare to brave them!).
And most importantly, embrace the chaos. Because let's face it, AGT is beautifully, wonderfully chaotic.

Who knows, maybe I'll see you there... in the audience, judging silently (and maybe a little too harshly).
My Tips
Practice with an audience, even if it's just your cat. A good joke will kill in front of a cat audience.
Record yourself often. Watch it back. Do you think it's good? Do you love it?
If you don't love it, do it again! Go get them, tiger!
Good luck, future stars! And may the odds be ever in your favor... or at least, may Simon Cowell be slightly impressed.
