What We Do In The Shadows Season Finale

Okay, so you know how sometimes things get a little… weird in What We Do In The Shadows? The season finale took that weirdness, sprinkled some glitter on it, and then launched it into orbit.

It all kicks off with the big event: Nadja's vampire nightclub opening! Think Studio 54, but with more bats and less natural light. It's chaotic, glamorous, and exactly what you'd expect from Nadja's twisted vision.

Nadja's Big Gamble

Nadja pours her undead heart and soul (and probably a lot of bat blood) into the club. She's even trying to get along with the notoriously hard-to-please Guide. Spoiler alert: it doesn't go smoothly.

The club, named "Nadja's," is supposed to be a place where vampires and humans can mingle (peacefully-ish). But keeping the peace is a lot harder than serving a perfect Bloody Mary...or maybe not.

A Human Bartender? Risky Business

One of the biggest risks? A human bartender! You'd think the vampires would resist, but they're strangely charmed. This leads to some truly hilarious moments and questionable decisions.

It seems like Nadja might have cracked the code of the undead social scene. At least until a few old vendettas and new rivals get involved.

Nandor's Quest For Love Continues

Meanwhile, Nandor is still on his epic (and often misguided) quest for love. He is still using his Djinn to find love, but he's not getting the desired outcome.

He accidentally wishes his wives back to life, resulting in a house full of ex-wives. Talk about awkward family dinners! You can see Guillermo's eyes practically rolling into the back of his head.

Poor Guillermo, he's stuck managing Nandor's romantic life while simultaneously dealing with his own secrets. The man deserves a raise, or at least a decent vacation.

Colin Robinson's…Transformation?

And then there's Colin Robinson. Remember the energy vampire who used to bore people to death? Well, he's still around, but not quite how we remember him.

He's been going through some… changes. Let's just say he's embracing a whole new way of draining energy. Think more community theater, less corporate meetings.

His new hobby might be a little weird, but it's nice to see him branching out. It also leads to some of the episode's funniest and most unexpected scenes.

Guillermo's Secret Weapon

Of course, things don't go entirely to plan for anyone. The vampires find themselves battling more than just bad reviews and slow nights.

Turns out Guillermo is the secret weapon, as usual! He has his skills as a vampire slayer to resolve all problems. As always, he tries to save his beloved vampires from trouble.

It's a wild ride filled with laughs, surprises, and maybe just a tiny bit of genuine emotion. It's What We Do In The Shadows at its finest.

A Cliffhanger Ending

The episode ends on a cliffhanger! The vampires were safe, but are they happy? We’re left wondering what next season will bring for our favorite Staten Island bloodsuckers.

Will Nadja's club survive? Will Nandor finally find true love? And will Guillermo ever get the recognition he deserves? Only time (and the next season) will tell.

One thing's for sure: we'll be watching!
