Okay, Let's Settle This: What Night Did This Is Us Come On?

Remember This Is Us? That show that made everyone cry? Yeah, that one.

The real question isn't what happened on the show. It’s what night it even aired!

I have a confession to make. I might be the only person who thinks This Is Us premiered on, like, a Friday.

Don't @ me! Hear me out. Weeknights are a blur. They all blend together, right?

Tuesday? Wednesday? Pshaw. Irrelevant. It feels like everything good happens on a Friday.

Except going to the dentist. That's always a Wednesday. But I digress.

"The heart remembers what it wants to remember," said someone. Was it Jack Pearson? Probably.

Okay, okay. Fine. Maybe it was Tuesday. But only because Tuesdays are the new Mondays.

And Mondays are the WORST. So, Tuesday makes sense. Logically. Kinda.

I can picture myself, fresh from a long Tuesday, needing a good cry. This Is Us provided that service beautifully.

But still, a part of me clings to the Friday theory. Just feels right, you know?

Wednesday? Now that's just crazy talk. No good show comes on Wednesday. Wednesday is for... uh... doing laundry?

Alright, fine. After a very quick Google search (don't tell anyone I had to look it up) the truth has been revealed.

Apparently, my memory is as reliable as a toddler trying to assemble IKEA furniture.

Even though it was technically Tuesday, in my heart it was always a Friday show. Deal with it.

My internal clock is clearly broken. I probably think Thanksgiving happens in July.

But hey, at least I provided some entertainment! And maybe you're secretly questioning your own memory now too.

We learned that memory is a fickle beast. And that I have no clue what day it is.

And that This Is Us was really good at making us feel things. Even if I still secretly think it aired on Friday.
