What Is American Horror Stories Season 10 About

Okay, let's talk about American Horror Stories Season 10. You know, the one everyone calls "Double Feature?" Remember that?
Part 1: Red Tide - Beachy Keen... Or Not?
First up, we had "Red Tide." This took us to Provincetown, Massachusetts. Think artists, writers, and... uh... bloodsucking talent enhancement?
Basically, a struggling writer pops pills to get good. He gets really good. But there's a catch (isn't there always?).
Must Read
See, there's this mysterious black pill. It gives you crazy talent. But it also turns you into a pale, vampiric creature. So, you have to choose.
My Unpopular Opinion Time
Here's where I might lose some of you. "Red Tide" started strong. Like, REALLY strong. I was hooked!
Then, it kind of... fizzled? Don't get me wrong, the visuals were great. And the cast? Superb! Especially Finn Wittrock.

But the ending felt rushed. It was like they had all these cool ideas. And no idea how to stick the landing. Anyone else feel that way?
Part 2: Death Valley - Aliens Did It!
Next, we teleport to "Death Valley." This part tackles the alien conspiracy theories. Get ready for government cover-ups and extraterrestrial experiments!
We jump between the past and the present. Eisenhower makes a deal with aliens in the 50s. And a group of college students finds themselves in a very strange situation today.

Expect creepy creatures, government secrets, and lots of retro vibes. It’s very Area 51 meets... well, American Horror Story.
My Unpopular Opinion (Again!)
Alright, brace yourselves. I think "Death Valley" was... kind of a mess? It had potential, sure.
The black and white scenes were cool. And the whole Eisenhower angle was interesting. But, for me, it never quite gelled.

It felt like two separate stories mashed together. Maybe aliens did write this part? Jokes aside, the story just didn't grab me the way "Red Tide" initially did. Did it resonate with you?
The Verdict: Double the Horror?
So, Season 10: "Double Feature." Two stories, both with their own unique flavors. But did they deliver the scares and thrills we crave?
Some say yes. Some say no. I'm somewhere in the middle. While I loved the opening of "Red Tide", the season as a whole felt uneven.

But hey, that's American Horror Story, right? Always unpredictable, always a little bit bonkers. That's why we keep coming back for more. Despite all the screaming and questionable plot choices!
And honestly, I'm already excited to see what Ryan Murphy has in store for us next. Will it be another double feature? A single, epic tale of terror? Only time will tell!
What about you? Did you love Season 10? Or did it leave you scratching your head? Let me know!
