Years later, everyone's grown up. Naruto finally achieves his dream and becomes the Seventh Hokage! He's basically the coolest, most orange-wearing president ever.
Sasuke travels the world, atoning for his past sins. He even becomes a good dad (eventually)! Sakura runs the Konoha hospital, being the awesome, intelligent kunoichi she always was.
And, of course, Naruto and Hinata have kids (including Boruto, the star of his own series). Sasuke and Sakura also have a daughter named Sarada. The next generation of ninjas is ready to face whatever challenges come their way. It's all very heartwarming and makes you want to adopt a ninja puppy.
