I’m calling it now: Chloe Brockett is going to be at the center of all the drama this season. She always is!

The Romances (or Lack Thereof)

Okay, who is dating who this week? Honestly, it's harder to keep track than my online shopping.

I swear, these relationships change faster than my outfits on a Saturday night. Is anyone genuinely happy?

Unpopular opinion: I kind of miss the good old days of Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger. Pure, unadulterated chaos.

The Style Stakes: Who Won the Fashion Face-Off?

Sequins. So. Many. Sequins. My eyes are still recovering.

Is neon still a thing? Because TOWIE seems to think it is. My wardrobe gently weeps.

Let’s be real, most of us are watching for the fashion fails as much as the fashion wins. It's part of the fun!

The Drama: Did it Deliver?

Episode 1 didn't disappoint, did it? Accusations were made, drinks were thrown (metaphorically, at least), and feelings were hurt.

The drama is always turned up to 11. But, let's be honest, that's why we are watching The Only Way is Essex, isn’t it?

I am ready for a whole season of backstabbing and fake tans. My popcorn is ready.

Unpopular Opinion Time

Here’s where I might get some hate. I think Pete Wicks needs a new storyline.

He's a great guy, but I am getting tired of the same old "Pete's dating someone new then something goes wrong" routine. Spice it up!

And another thing: Can we have less staged arguments, please? I can spot a planted storyline from a mile away.

Predictions for the Rest of the Season

Someone's going to get engaged. Someone's going to get dumped. And someone's going to launch a new business venture.

There will be tears. There will be tantrums. And there will definitely be a lot of hairspray.

I predict that some new cast members will appear to stir the pot. The producers love a good shake-up, right?

Final Thoughts

So, was TOWIE Season 25, Episode 1 a masterpiece of reality television? Probably not.

Was it entertaining? Absolutely. It is my weekly dose of escapism, complete with everything you expect.
