Watch Love Is In The Air Turkish Series

Okay, let's talk about Love Is In The Air. You know, that Turkish series everyone seems obsessed with? I have some thoughts.
Don't get me wrong, I tried to get on board. I really did. Shiny people, beautiful Istanbul backdrops… what's not to like?
The Initial Spark
The premise is pretty cute, right? Forced proximity, fake relationship... classic rom-com fuel.
Must Read
Eda, our flower girl heroine, and Serkan Bolat, the super-serious architect, are polar opposites. We all know opposites attract! That's the rule, isn't it?
Their initial banter? Chef's kiss. The misunderstandings? Hilarious (mostly).
My Unpopular Opinion Incoming!
Here's where things get… interesting. Brace yourselves.
Is it just me, or does Serkan sometimes act like he needs a serious talking-to? Mr. Robot himself! Maybe he needs therapy.

I get that he's supposed to be this cold, detached businessman, but come on. Lighten up, dude! Smile, please!
And the amnesia plotline? Don't even get me started! Who thought that was a good idea?
I'm pretty sure writers use amnesia when they have no other way to create drama. Laziness, I say!
The Glorious Scenery
One thing I cannot deny is the sheer beauty of Istanbul. The show is basically a travel brochure.
Seriously, I spent half my time googling where they filmed each scene. My wanderlust was off the charts!

Those rooftop terraces? The Bosphorus views? Absolutely stunning!
The Supporting Cast
Okay, gotta give props to the supporting characters. They are hilarious. They are truly the MVPs.
Eda's friends are always there to pick her up. The chaotic energy is addictive. We all need friends like that.
And Serkan's colleagues? Let's just say they add a much-needed dose of comic relief. Bless them.

The On-Again, Off-Again Tango
The relationship between Eda and Serkan is a rollercoaster. Seriously, they break up more times than I change my socks.
Are they soulmates destined to be together? Or are they just doomed to repeat the same cycle of drama forever?
I’m honestly not sure, and I'm not even sure I care anymore. Maybe I need a break from the constant emotional whiplash.
So, Should You Watch It?
Despite my complaints, I kinda get the hype. It's addictive in a weird way. Like eating a whole bag of chips even though you know you shouldn't.
If you're looking for something light, fluffy, and visually appealing, Love Is In The Air might be your jam.

Just be prepared for some serious eye-rolling and the occasional urge to yell at your TV.
In conclusion, Love Is In The Air is like that friend you love to hate. You complain about them constantly, but you still hang out with them anyway.
Maybe that says more about me than the show. Food for thought!
So, are you team Eda or team Serkan? Or are you like me, team "someone get these two a therapist"? Let me know!
