Watch Legends Of Tomorrow Season 7 Episode 1
Okay, let's talk about Legends of Tomorrow. Season 7, episode 1, specifically. I have some thoughts.
And honestly? Maybe they're a little controversial. Buckle up, Legends fans!
A Charming Crash Landing
Remember that explosion at the end of season 6? Our lovable weirdos were toast, right? Not quite!
Must Read
They're stuck in Odessa, Texas, 1916. No Waverider. No time travel. Just...awkward period clothing.
I will admit, the initial chaos was fun. Especially Sara Lance's reactions. She’s priceless!
Meet Gus and the Professor
Enter Gus, a con man with a knack for trouble. And the quirky scientist, Dr. Gwyn Davies.
Davies claims to be able to help them get back. Big claims, big doubts. Rightfully so, in my opinion.

Honestly, though? I found Davies... grating. Anyone else feel that way?
My Unpopular Opinion
Here it comes. The part where you might throw virtual tomatoes at me.
I wasn’t completely sold on the episode. There, I said it!
Don't get me wrong, I adore the Legends. They're bonkers in the best possible way.
But this episode felt... slow. Like a setup for something bigger that didn't quite land. Was I the only one?

The "Civilized" Dinner Party
The dinner scene with the historians? Oh boy. So much cringe. So much awkwardness.
Seeing Astra try to fit in? Hilarious. Her attempts at being normal are always gold.
But the whole scene dragged. It felt like they were trying too hard to be funny.
The Gideon Situation
Okay, let’s talk about Gideon. Human Gideon! Still adjusting.

Her trying to understand emotions is always amusing. Especially when she's trying to be supportive.
I did like seeing her develop. That was a definite high point.
The Promise of More...Something?
The episode definitely sets up some interesting storylines. Time travel gone wrong? Rogue robots?
Rip Hunter's father showing up? That's a pretty big deal!
But... the episode itself felt like a long appetizer. I wanted the main course!

The Final Verdict (Maybe?)
Look, I'm not saying it's a bad episode. It's just...not my favorite.
Maybe my expectations were too high after season 6. Maybe I just wasn't in the right mood.
I'm still excited to see where season 7 goes. I'm just hoping it picks up the pace.
What do you think? Am I completely off base? Let me know your opinions!
After all, that's what makes the Legends fandom so fun!
