Watch Attack On Titan Season 4 Part 2 Ep 2

Okay, let's talk Attack on Titan. Specifically, Season 4 Part 2 Episode 2. Did anyone else find themselves...underwhelmed?
I know, I know. Heresy! But hear me out. Before you grab your pitchforks and tiny Titan plushies.
A Slightly Controversial Take
Look, I'm not saying it was bad. I'm just saying, maybe, perhaps, it wasn't the best episode ever? I know! Shocking, right?
Must Read
Everyone's losing their minds over the animation. And yeah, it's pretty. But sometimes, all that fancy animation felt...distracting? From the actual story, I mean.
Don’t get me wrong, I love pretty visuals. But give me gripping plot over shiny explosions any day.
The Pacing Problem (Maybe?)
Did anyone else feel like the pacing was a little...off? It felt like we were running on a treadmill. Lots of motion, not much distance covered.
We get it, Eren is angry. Everyone is angry! Can we move past the yelling and get to some actual action?

Maybe I'm just impatient. Maybe I expected too much. Maybe I need a snack.
The Characters: Where's the Nuance?
Speaking of characters, anyone else missing the good old days? You know, when they weren't all screaming existential dread at each other?
I miss the quiet moments. The subtle glances. The shared trauma bonding over potatoes. Remember Sasha? Good times.
Now it's just war, anger, and more war. Give me a break! A little bit of hope, maybe?

Eren: From Hero to...What Exactly?
Okay, let's address the elephant in the Titan-sized room: Eren. What happened to our sweet, Titan-killing cinnamon roll?
He's gone full grimdark! I get character development, but this feels like a complete personality transplant. Where did all the nuance go?
I'm not saying he should still be obsessed with killing Titans. But a little less brooding would be nice. Just a smidge.
The Hype Train: Derailing?
Look, the hype for Attack on Titan is real. Deservedly so! It's a masterpiece of storytelling, world-building, and giant naked people fighting.

But sometimes, the hype machine gets a little out of control. We're so busy anticipating the next big twist that we forget to actually enjoy the journey.
Maybe I'm just a contrarian. Maybe I like to swim against the current. Or maybe, just maybe, this episode wasn't perfect.
Final Thoughts (and a Plea for Potatoes)
So, yeah. Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 Episode 2. Not my favorite. Sue me.
I'm still on board. I'm still invested. But I'm also cautiously optimistic. Let's hope the next episode brings back some of that old Attack on Titan magic.

And please, can someone get these characters some therapy? And maybe some potatoes? They deserve it.
Also, before anyone asks, yes, I’ll still be watching. Of course I will. Who am I kidding?
But next time, let's try to focus on the characters. And maybe, just maybe, give us a little break from the constant angst. Please?
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go rewatch the potato scene from Season 1. For old time's sake.
