Ushiwakamaru Fate/grand Order - Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia

Okay, let’s talk about something maybe a little controversial. Something that might get me some side-eye from the Fate/Grand Order fandom.
It's about Ushiwakamaru in Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia. Specifically, how much I... well, how much I like her.
I know, I know. She's not exactly the flashiest character. She doesn't have the biggest… assets. Compared to, say, a certain goddess with ample curves, she’s pretty modest.
Must Read
She's More Than Just Cute!
But hear me out! There's more to Ushiwakamaru than just being another cute anime girl.
Her loyalty is off the charts. Seriously, she'd probably walk through fire for Fujimaru Ritsuka, and let's be honest, Ritsuka asks a lot of her Servants.
That kind of dedication is seriously underrated, don't you think?

The Babylonia Problem
Now, Babylonia. It's a masterpiece, right? Epic battles, heartbreaking moments, the whole shebang.
Everyone’s all about Gilgamesh being the ultimate bro, and Ishtar being… well, Ishtar. But where's the love for Ushiwakamaru?
She's constantly fighting, protecting, and generally being awesome. All while the spotlight shines on the louder, flashier characters. It's a tragedy!

A Relatable Hero
Maybe it's because I see a little bit of myself in her. I'm not exactly the center of attention in my own life either.
I'm usually the one quietly working in the background, making sure things run smoothly. I'm the Ushiwakamaru of my friend group, I guess.
She's not angling for fame or glory. Ushiwakamaru just wants to do her job and protect the people she cares about. And that's...admirable!

Unpopular Opinion Alert!
So, here's the truly controversial part: I think Ushiwakamaru's understated presence is a strength.
She doesn’t need to be the loudest or most over-the-top character to be effective. She's a reliable, dedicated warrior, and that’s worth more than all the sparkly NPs in the world. (Okay, maybe not ALL of them.)
Maybe it's her design. It’s not as…attention-grabbing as some other characters. But the design itself is still cute. I'm more invested in characters that aren't fanservice-y.

So, What's the Verdict?
Am I saying Ushiwakamaru is the best character in Babylonia? Not necessarily.
But I do think she deserves more appreciation. More love. More acknowledgment for her unwavering dedication.
She's a solid character. And in a sea of flashy Servants, sometimes, solid is exactly what you need. Give Ushiwakamaru some love!
Maybe I'm completely wrong. Maybe everyone secretly loves Ushiwakamaru and I'm just late to the party. Either way, I felt the need to get that off my chest. Now, back to grinding for QP...
