Maybe, just maybe, we should cut Tom some slack. He’s not a bad cat. He’s just a cat with a very persistent mouse problem.

Perhaps a little empathy is in order. Next time you watch Tom and Jerry, consider Tom's perspective. You might be surprised.

Plus, let’s be honest. Tom's elaborate schemes are pretty impressive. He puts in the effort, even if they always backfire.

So, am I officially Team Tom? Not entirely. I still enjoy seeing Jerry outsmart him. It’s a comedic gold.
