Hear me out. Everyone raves about the first season's opening, right? Catchy tune, Keima being his strategic self. It's classic.

But season 2's "A Whole New World God Only Knows"? I think it's even better. gasps

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the original. However, there's something about the season 2 opening that just hits different.

First, the visuals. The vibrant colors! The almost psychedelic feel! It's like a sugar rush in anime form.

It's so different from the usual anime openings. It feels unique, and in my opinion, super stylish.

Then there's the song itself. It’s a remix, I know. But that remix is chef's kiss.

It takes the original theme and injects it with pure energy. It feels more upbeat, more exciting.

Like, imagine Keima actually enjoying the conquest part a little bit (shhh!). That’s the vibe I get.

Plus, the way they incorporate all the heroines? Genius! Each gets their little moment in the spotlight.

It's a perfect visual representation of Keima’s chaotic life. Dealing with all those girls, one game at a time.

I know, I know. The original is iconic. It's the theme song that started it all.

But sometimes, I just skip straight to season 2. That opening is my guilty pleasure.

Maybe it's nostalgia. Or maybe I just like the extra dose of energy. Who knows?

I also think Oratorio The World God Only Knows by Toyosaki Aki is a great closing theme song.
