The Rookie Season 3 Episode 11 Full Cast

Alright, Rookie fans! Let's dive headfirst into the fantastic folks who graced our screens in Season 3, Episode 11, "New Blood." Get ready for a roll call of the brave, the bold, and the brilliantly quirky!
The Usual Suspects (and We Love Them For It!)
First up, we've got our leading man, Nathan Fillion, as the ever-optimistic John Nolan. He's like that friend who always sees the best in every situation, even when things are spectacularly going south. You gotta love him!
Next, we have the amazing Alyssa Diaz shining as Angela Lopez. She’s the tough-as-nails detective who can stare down a suspect and simultaneously plan her wedding! Talk about multitasking!
Must Read
And, of course, we can’t forget Richard T. Jones playing Sergeant Wade Grey. He’s the steady hand guiding our rookies, even when they pull stunts that make him question all his life choices. Been there, Sergeant Grey, been there.
Then there’s Melissa O'Neil as Lucy Chen. She’s smart, resourceful, and constantly proving that she’s more than just a pretty face. She’s the type of person you want on your team during a crisis, or, you know, just a really intense game night!

Rounding out the core crew is Eric Winter as Tim Bradford. He's the by-the-book training officer with a heart of (slightly thawing) gold. Underneath that gruff exterior is a guy who genuinely cares about his rookies, even if he expresses it through excessive yelling and push-ups.
Don't forget about Mekia Cox as Nyla Harper! She brings a no-nonsense attitude and a wealth of undercover experience to the team. She's the kind of character who can solve a case while simultaneously offering life advice. We could all use a Nyla in our corner.

Guest Stars Stealing the Show!
This episode, we got some amazing guest stars adding to the mix. These folks really brought their A-game!
One standout was Dylan Conrique, returning as Tamara Colins. She is Lucy Chen's foster sister, and always brings a unique dynamic to the show. She's basically the cool, younger sister we all wish we had, offering snarky commentary and surprisingly insightful observations.

Another notable appearance came from Daniel Lissing as Sterling Freeman. He really added another layer of drama and intensity. He made you think, "Okay, this is getting serious!"
And let's give a shout-out to all the other talented actors who played the various perps, victims, and witnesses in this episode! They brought the world of The Rookie to life, one tense scene at a time.

Why We Love This Cast
Ultimately, what makes The Rookie so watchable is the chemistry between the cast. They feel like a real family (albeit a slightly dysfunctional one that solves crimes together).
The blend of humor, action, and heartfelt moments wouldn't be possible without this incredible group of actors. They make us laugh, they make us cry, and they keep us coming back for more every week.
So, here's to the cast of The Rookie Season 3, Episode 11! You guys are the reason we keep tuning in, and we can't wait to see what adventures (and misadventures) you get into next!
