The Promised Neverland Season 2 Episode 1 Facebook

Okay, let's talk about something potentially controversial: The Promised Neverland Season 2, Episode 1. Specifically, its Facebook status. Hear me out!
Imagine the episode had a Facebook page. What would the comments section look like? Would it be a battlefield of opinions? I think so.
"Ugh, Where's My Mama?"
Picture this: a status like, "Just escaped Grace Field House! Feeling... liberated? Also, starving." Pretty standard, right?
Must Read
Then the comments roll in. "OMG, CONGRATS, Emma! You did it!" That's your supportive best friend.
But then... "WHERE'S MAMA?! IS SHE OKAY?!" Someone's clearly missing Isabella. And honestly? I get it.
The Real Unpopular Opinion
I know, I know. Isabella was the antagonist. Supposedly. But did anyone else low-key admire her organizational skills? The woman ran a whole orphanage!

My Facebook comment would probably be, "Mama, girl, drop the skincare routine! You look amazing for someone raising 38 kids (to feed demons, but still!)."
Someone would inevitably reply, "REPORTED FOR GLORIFYING CHILD ENDANGERMENT." Sigh. The internet is a wild place.
Demons, Demons Everywhere
The episode's Facebook page would also have plenty of, "WTF IS THAT THING?!" comments under photos of the demons. Fair enough.

Imagine Ray posting a blurry photo with the caption, "Spotted some weird-looking wildlife. Pretty sure they're not friendly."
Then someone chimes in, "Ray, sweetie, those are sentient beings with complex social structures! Don't be species-ist!" Oh, social media…
Gillian's Gotta Say
Let's be real, Gillian would be all over the comments section. "Guys, don't worry, I know a guy who knows a guy who knows where to find weapons. Meet me at the abandoned temple, bring snacks."
And Don? He'd be the concerned one. "Are you sure this is safe, Gillian? Maybe we should consult a map first?" bless his heart.

Poor Don, always thinking of the logistics.
Shipping Wars and Conspiracy Theories
You just know there would be shipping wars in the comments. #EmmaRay forever! No, #EmmaNorman is the only true pairing!
And don’t forget the conspiracy theories. "I bet Mama is actually a demon in disguise! Wake up, sheeple!"

Honestly, at that point, the Facebook page for The Promised Neverland Season 2 Episode 1 would just be a microcosm of the entire internet.
Maybe that's why it's better it doesn't exist. Or maybe it’s the perfect place to have a good laugh at how seriously we take our fictional characters.
Either way, I'm here for the drama. Pass the popcorn!
What about you? Do you agree? Let me know your unpopular opinion below! I am ready for it!
