Hinata's Handiwork (Literally)

Let’s talk about the love story. Everyone swoons over Hinata's dedication.

I get it. She knitted a scarf! That's...nice? But honestly, it felt a little...convenient.

Like, "Oh no, Naruto's cold! Better whip out this conveniently long, hand-knitted scarf after all these years!"

Seriously, the scarf was practically a character itself. It guided Naruto to his feelings, apparently.

Is that how love works? Do I need to start knitting aggressively to find my soulmate?

Maybe I'm just jealous of her knitting skills. I can barely sew a button on.

The plot? Moon's falling! Gotta save the day!

Standard Naruto fare. Big bad guy, impending doom, and a power-up montage.

But this time, it felt...rushed? Like they crammed a whole arc into a movie.

And Toneri! He had potential. A lonely descendant from the moon with messed-up ideas.

But we didn't really get him. He was just...there. Being menacing and stealing Hanabi's eyes.

Maybe he just needed a hug and a good therapist. Or at least a decent backstory.

Okay, fine. The movie did have its moments. The confession scene was kinda sweet.

And seeing Naruto finally realize Hinata's feelings was a long time coming. We all cheered (internally or externally).

But still, something felt off. Like they were forcing the romance down our throats.

I know, I know. I'm probably committing anime heresy. But I just don't think The Last is as amazing as everyone says.

It's a decent movie. But it's not the best Naruto content, in my humble, scarf-sceptical opinion.

Maybe my expectations were too high. Maybe I just wanted more epic ninja battles.
