The L Word Generation Q Season 2 Episode 3

Okay, let's talk The L Word: Generation Q Season 2, Episode 3. Specifically, the bits that made me tilt my head like a confused puppy.
Sophie's Struggle Bus
Sophie, Sophie, Sophie. Sweet girl is going through it. Is anyone else getting tired of her indecisiveness?
Seriously, Nat and Finley are both great, but she's bouncing back and forth like a ping pong ball. Maybe therapy is in order?
Must Read
Unpopular opinion alert: Sophie needs to decide already! Let these ladies move on if she can't commit.
Micah and Maribel: The Slow Burn?
Micah and Maribel...are they adorable or just awkward? I’m still trying to figure it out.
He's so genuinely sweet and she's trying so hard to be open. My heart aches for them both! I hope it lasts.
Side note: Can we please get Micah a storyline that doesn't revolve around his love life? This man is a social worker!

Bette and Pippa: Art, Passion, and...Politics?
Bette Porter and Pippa Pascal's dynamic continues to fascinate! The art world intrigue is always a plus.
The tension is palpable, even if their politics are… different. Can art really bridge all gaps?
Also, I'm side-eyeing Pippa. I don't fully trust her yet. Is anyone else getting bad vibes? Especially about that auction.
Shane and Tess: The Business of Booze
Shane and Tess. What a rollercoaster, right? Their business partnership seems to be working surprisingly well.

Shane is all about that easy money. I have a feeling trouble is on the way, because nothing good lasts forever in this world.
Unpopular opinion #2: I actually kind of like them together, even platonically. Shane needs a responsible friend (or partner...?).
Finley's Downward Spiral
Okay, Finley is breaking my heart. Between Sophie's indecision and her own self-destructive tendencies, she's a mess.
The drinking, the gambling... it's all a cry for help. I hope she finds her way!
Also, anyone else think Bette should step in and offer some guidance? She's the queen of redemption arcs!

Dani's Dilemma: Family First?
Dani is constantly juggling work, family drama, and her own desires. Girl is stretched thin!
I'm not sure I totally buy her sudden shift in loyalty. Something feels off.
Her dad seems like he has more secrets than just financial ones, it's going to be a disaster.
Alice's Growing Platform
Alice is thriving in the public sphere. The Alice Show is doing great. But is she losing herself in the process?

Her dynamic with Nat is cute, but also a bit chaotic. Are they really good for each other?
Maybe it is the same, she needs to find a better way to be authentic.
Final Thoughts
Overall, this episode felt like a lot of setup for bigger things to come. Lots of simmering tension and unresolved issues.
I'm ready for the drama to really explode. Give us the messy, complicated queer stories we crave!
