The Demon Girl Next Door Voice Actors

Who Voices Our Favorite Demon (and Magical Girl)? Let's Dish!
Okay, let's talk about the voice actors in The Demon Girl Next Door. We all love the show, right? But sometimes, I have… opinions.
Specifically, about how perfectly (or not-so-perfectly) they match the characters.
Yuko "Shamiko" Yoshida: Konomi Kohara's Endearing Struggle
First up is Konomi Kohara as Shamiko. She nails the "struggling demon girl" vibe. I mean, seriously, she sounds perpetually flustered and just a tiny bit pathetic.
Must Read
Which is perfect for Shamiko, isn't it? That's a popular opinion for sure, no doubt.
But... here's a slightly less popular thought: sometimes I wonder if the voice is too pathetic. Does she have enough demon grit?
Momo Chiyoda: Akari Kitō's Stoic Sass
Now, let's move on to Momo, voiced by Akari Kitō. She's calm, cool, and collected.

Exactly what you would expect from a magical girl, right? I have to say she's great for that stoic personality.
Her voice brings a sense of strength, that is, until Shamiko starts babbling. Then, there’s a hint of long-suffering patience that really sells the character.
Lilith: Sayaka Harada's Mysterious Charm
We can’t forget about Lilith, Shamiko’s ancestor! Voiced by Sayaka Harada, she has that sweet and mysterious aura.
She isn’t on screen very much, but her performance always adds a layer to the story.

Sayaka Harada brings an air of mischief and power. I am never sure of Lilith's true intentions, but I know she has a long game in mind.
Mikan Hinatsuki: Ayasa Itō's Energetic Support
Next up we have the ever-positive Mikan Hinatsuki, voiced by Ayasa Itō.
She brings the needed energy when the show gets too doom and gloom.
Ayasa Itō brings the perfect charm to the character, showcasing a very cute friendship with the other characters of the show.

Shion Ogura: Yūko Gotō's Cuteness Overload
Lastly, we have Shion Ogura, voiced by Yūko Gotō. She is very very cute, isn't she?
Sometimes, I think her voice is too cute. Is that even possible?
But I will admit that she has that quality that would make anyone want to protect her.
The Verdict? Pretty Darn Good!
Overall, the voice acting in The Demon Girl Next Door is top-notch. Each actor really brings their character to life.

I think the casting is perfect overall. Everyone has their own strengths!
Though, I do think some choices are more spot-on than others. It is just my unpopular opinion, after all.
What do you think? Who's your favorite voice actor in the show? And do you agree with my questionable takes?
Let's discuss in the comments!
