That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime Poster

Slime Poster Problems: Am I the Only One?
Okay, picture this. You're at an anime convention. Or maybe just browsing online. You see it: the That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime poster.
It’s colorful, sure. It features Rimuru, the adorable slime. But… does anyone else think something's a little off?
The Blue Blob Dilemma
Don't get me wrong, I love Rimuru. He’s powerful, kind, and surprisingly charismatic for a, well, slime.
Must Read
But let's be real. He's mostly… blue. A simple, blue blob. On a poster designed to grab your attention.
Is that the best they could do? Seriously, other anime posters have dynamic poses. Explosions! Glitter! Slime gets, uh, blueness.
Where's the Action (or at Least Some Texture)?
Think about other posters for action anime. There's usually a sword clash. A dramatic facial expression. Something that screams "Epic!"

Our buddy Rimuru? He’s just…there. Being blue. Sometimes with a tiny, almost apologetic, smile. It's a calm existence.
Maybe I'm being unfair. Maybe the simplicity is the appeal. But doesn't it feel like they missed an opportunity to show off his cool skills?
The Supporting Cast Shuffle
Often, the posters showcase the supporting characters. You know, the cool swordsman, the mysterious mage, the cute animal companion.
Sometimes these characters are squished around Rimuru. They are often too small. They look like they are posing for a class picture.

They deserve more! They have awesome designs. We need more from them.
Is It Just Me? (Probably Not)
I can't be the only one who feels this way. Am I missing some deeper artistic meaning? Are the minimalist posters secretly genius marketing?
Maybe I’m just a sucker for shiny things. I will admit, I love sparkle!

But when I see other isekai posters packed with detail and drama, I can’t help but feel like Slime's poster could have been… more.
Potential Poster Upgrades (Just Spitballing)
Okay, so hear me out. What if we had a poster of Rimuru using one of his skills? Predator, perhaps? Or Great Sage analyzing the universe?
Imagine him surrounded by swirling magic. Maybe facing off against a formidable foe. Now that's a poster I'd hang on my wall!
Or, and this might be controversial, a poster featuring his human form more prominently. It will make us remember the cute human form, right?

The Unpopular Opinion Club
Look, I still love That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime. The anime is fantastic. The characters are amazing.
But the poster? It will be a bit of a snooze fest. It doesn't do it justice.
So, join me in the Unpopular Opinion Club. Where we dare to suggest that maybe, just maybe, Rimuru deserves a poster that's as dynamic and exciting as he is.
Maybe I will design the posters myself and sell them.
Who's with me?
