Steven Universe Season 2 Episode 1 Full Episode

Okay, let’s talk about Steven Universe Season 2, Episode 1, "Full Disclosure." Remember that one?
The Lion Lickers and Liars Club
It picks up right after the Cluster reveal in "Jail Break." Steven's got some explaining to do. He's basically been keeping secrets from his dad and best friend.
Greg and Connie feel a little betrayed. I mean, wouldn't you be? Learning about near-Earth destruction from TV is a bad look, Steven.
Must Read
My Unpopular Opinion
Here’s where I might lose some of you. I kinda… get Steven's hesitation. Don't @ me!
He’s a kid! A super-powered kid with intergalactic responsibilities. It’s a lot to unpack.
Telling his dad is probably harder than diffusing a bomb. Seriously. Greg's reaction to, well, anything can be unpredictable.

Connie's Conundrum
Connie’s reaction is definitely more measured. She’s smart and thoughtful. It's a classic "best friend feeling left out" scenario.
Steven and Connie are basically training to be space knights together. Sharing this stuff seems important.
But, think about it. Imagine trying to explain that your mom was a space tyrant, and now you're fighting her leftovers. To your best friend's parents.
Greg's Guilt Trip (But Make It Dad-Like)
Greg handles it like only Greg can. He's simultaneously supportive and incredibly awkward. Classic Dad move.

His speech about responsibility feels a little… heavy. Especially considering how much he doesn't know about the Gems’ history.
But honestly, his heart's in the right place. He wants to protect Steven. He just doesn’t know how.
The Cold Open
Let's not forget the opening scene. Steven's trying to be normal. He's making breakfast. It's so tragically normal, it hurts.

He’s clearly traumatized, but he’s trying to power through. It’s like watching a puppy try to do calculus.
It highlights the core theme. Steven’s just a kid. Trying to navigate a very adult situation. Give him a break!
The Song That Says It All
The episode ends with “Full Disclosure.” A pretty effective song, if you ask me.
It perfectly captures Steven's inner conflict. He wants to share. He just doesn't know how.

The animation during the song is also top-notch. The way Steven shrinks and expands shows his anxiety perfectly.
Final Thoughts
“Full Disclosure” is a bit of a controversial episode. Some people find Steven annoying. Others find Greg useless.
But to me, it’s a realistic portrayal of a kid grappling with trauma. And with the complexities of family and friendship.
It sets the stage for the rest of the season. Steven is growing up. And the universe is about to get a whole lot more complicated.
