The Martez sisters arc springs to mind. It was fine, I guess. But did it justify the length? I felt like I was watching a totally different, and lesser, show.
Meanwhile, Captain Rex is amazing! That arc made up for it. He's a true friend.
The Clones: Always Underrated
Speaking of Rex, can we all agree the clones are the best part of The Clone Wars? They have such distinct personalities. Each of them has their own struggles.
They're not just mindless soldiers. They're individuals caught in a galactic war. Every one of them is precious! Even the ones that turned on the Jedi (Order 66 still stings).
Fives deserved better. I said what I said.
Back to the "Free" Part
Let's circle back. Whether you paid for Disney+ or found it through... other means... you probably watched it. And if you watched it "free," did you feel a little guilty? I did.

Regardless of how you accessed it, Clone Wars Season 7 was an event. Seeing the fall of Anakin come closer and closer. Seeing Obi-Wan struggle with loss.
Watching Ahsoka Tano become the legend she is. It all made for compelling television. It's amazing to see her become the powerful force that she will be in the future.
Even if you watched it for free, and maybe felt a tiny bit bad about it, you still got to witness something special. And that, my friends, is worth more than a few credits.
Just promise me you'll subscribe to Disney+ eventually. The Mouse needs his cheddar. And we need more Star Wars!
