Shipman's voice for Anya is... well, it's definitely unique. Some people find it a little too much. You know, a bit too strained or whiny.

But! I think it works. It perfectly reflects Anya's childish naiveté and her eagerness to please. Plus, the "heh" laugh is iconic!
