See No Evil Hear No Evil Full Movie

Okay, Let's Talk About See No Evil, Hear No Evil.
Remember that movie? The one with Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder? Yeah, that one.
It's a classic, right? Or is it?
An Unpopular Opinion, Perhaps?
Don't get me wrong. I love Pryor and Wilder. They're comedic geniuses.
Must Read
But sometimes... I think See No Evil, Hear No Evil is... overrated. There, I said it!
Prepare for the tomatoes to be thrown. I’m ready!
The Premise is Pure Gold...
A blind man and a deaf man witness a murder. They're framed for it. Hilarity ensues! (supposedly)
On paper, this is comedy gold. Pure, unadulterated, 24-karat gold.

The potential is HUGE!
...But the Execution?
Okay, here's where my "controversial" opinion comes in. Sometimes, the jokes just don't land.
Some scenes feel... forced. You know? Like they're trying too hard to be funny.
Maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm missing something.
The Physical Comedy: Hit or Miss?
Pryor and Wilder were masters of physical comedy. No doubt.

But in this movie? Some of it feels... clumsy. A little too slapstick-y, maybe?
Other comedies that they starred in, such as Stir Crazy, was perfection.
Let's Not Forget the Plot Holes...
Okay, comedic suspension of disbelief is one thing.
But some of the plot points are just... baffling. How did they really get away with that?

It left me scratching my head.
The Chemistry: Still There, Though
Despite my issues with the movie, Pryor and Wilder's chemistry is undeniable.
They play off each other so well. It's the one thing that keeps me watching.
That bond is the saving grace of the film.
Is it Still Worth Watching?
Absolutely! Even if I think it's a little overrated, it's still a fun movie.

See it for Pryor and Wilder. See it for the sheer absurdity of the plot. See it to form your own opinion!
Just don't expect a comedic masterpiece, and you'll be fine.
My Final Verdict:
It's a decent comedy. Not their best, but definitely not their worst.
A solid 6/10 from me. Now, where are those tomatoes?
I stand by my maybe-unpopular-but-honest opinion.
