Rupaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 6 Episode 12
Okay, let's dish about All Stars 6, Episode 12. It was the finale! Did your fave win? Probably not. Mine never do. I’m starting to think the universe is personally against my taste in drag.
The Finale Challenge: A Smorgasbord of Drag
This week, it was the usual finale shebang. A verse in a RuPaul song? Check. Choreography? Check. Emotional monologues designed to make me cry? Check. My tear ducts are exhausted.
The queens all looked stunning, obviously. They’ve been polished to a high sheen. Were there any real surprises? Meh, not really. Everyone did what they’re good at.

The Performances: Hits and... Mostly Hits
Eureka! delivered big, as always. That girl can perform! Did anyone else think her verse was a bit...much? Like, dial it down a notch, honey.
Kylie Sonique Love was gorgeous, graceful, and, well, Kylie. She slayed, no question. That crown was basically made for her head.

Ginger Minj, always the entertainer, gave us theater kid realness. I live for Ginger. She’s consistently good, even if she's not always the most exciting.
Ra'Jah O'Hara brought the energy! She’s such a powerhouse performer. I honestly thought she had a real shot at the crown. Maybe I'm blinded by my love for her runways.
The Lip Sync Smackdown: Did Someone Say Double Shantay?
Ru decided to pit them against each other in pairs. Eureka vs. Kylie. Ginger vs. Ra'Jah. Were these the right pairings? Debatable.

Eureka and Kylie? Electric! That was a close one. I could see Ru being stumped about who to pick to win.
Ginger and Ra'Jah? Also good, but not as good. Maybe that's just me. Ra'Jah showed her pure passion, and Ginger was her entertaining self.

The Crowning...And My (Unpopular) Opinion
Kylie won! Okay, she's amazing, talented, and a wonderful representative of the show. But... (brace yourselves)... I kind of wanted Ra'Jah to win.
Yeah, I said it. Sue me! Ra'Jah’s growth throughout the season was incredible. She really came into her own. Don't get me wrong, Kylie is a queen, but Ra'Jah's journey this season was the most compelling.
I know, I know, Kylie had a strong season too. But Ra’Jah's charisma just shines. Her runways were impeccable. She's just so captivating to watch.

Was the right choice made? Maybe. Am I a little bitter? Definitely. That's the joy of RuPaul's Drag Race, isn't it? We all have our favorites, and we're all convinced we're right.
So congrats, Kylie! You deserve it. But Ra'Jah, you’re a winner in my book. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Now, when does All Stars 7 start? I need more drag in my life. And more disappointment, apparently.
