Rupaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 5 Episode 3

Alright, squirrel friends! Let's dish about All Stars 5, Episode 3, shall we?
The SheMZ Challenge: A Comedy or a Tragedy?
This week's challenge was the SheMZ, a parody of TMZ. The queens had to deliver juicy gossip. But did they deliver laughs? That's the real question.
Some shined! Others… well, let's just say they could have used a little more glitter and a lot more funny bones.

My "Unpopular" Opinion
Okay, here it comes. Buckle up. I actually kind of liked it! Was it the funniest challenge ever? No. But did it provide some cringe-worthy moments that made me snort-laugh? Absolutely!
Maybe my humor is just broken. Or maybe I just appreciate the effort, even when it's a little… rough around the edges.
I think it's important to remember that comedy is hard. Especially when you're under pressure and wearing a mountain of makeup. So, kudos to all the queens for even attempting it!

Category Is: Prom Night Eleganza Extravaganza!
Now, the runway! This week's theme was Prom Night Eleganza Extravaganza. And let me tell you, some of these looks were truly extravagant.
There were gowns! There were glitter explosions! There were… questionable choices. But hey, that's what makes it fun, right?
Shea Couleé absolutely slayed, as usual. I mean, come on, she's Shea Couleé! She could wear a potato sack and still look like a million bucks.

Another Dose of "Unpopular" Opinion
Don’t get me wrong: all the looks were great! But I don’t agree with how the critiques were given.
I feel some of the other queens were robbed of their moment to shine! The show focused too much on Shea which made them seem like supporting characters in her amazing story.
Okay, okay, before you come at me with pitchforks, hear me out. I get it, Shea is a powerhouse. But I just wanted to see a little more love for the other queens too!
The Lip Sync Smackdown: A Battle of the Legends
This week, the bottom two were up for elimination. The lip sync song was a banger. A total anthem!

The lip sync assassin came to play! And a queen went home.
The whole thing had me on the edge of my seat. It was truly a nail-biter!
My "Unpopular" Opinion (Again!)
Here’s the tea: I think the wrong queen went home. Okay, deep breath. I said it!

I respect Rupaul's decision. But in my humble opinion, the other queen performed better in the challenge. The queen who left just had the bad luck.
Maybe I'm just being sentimental. Or maybe I just have a soft spot for underdogs. But I really felt like that queen had more to offer.
Ultimately, it's all in good fun. And at the end of the day, we're all just here to watch fabulous drag queens slay the competition. So let's keep the party going!
Until next week, remember to love yourself! And don't forget to spread the glitter!
