Rick And Morty Season 4 Episode 7 Watch

Okay, Let's Talk Rick and Morty, Shall We?
Alright, picture this. It's Sunday night. You're ready for some Rick and Morty. Season 4 Episode 7, "Promortyus," is queued up.
Everyone's buzzing about it. Are you as excited as they are?
The Episode Everyone's Obsessed With
This one's all about those face-hugging aliens. You know, the ones that make you do their bidding? Classic sci-fi trope.
Must Read
Rick and Morty find themselves trapped. Naturally, chaos ensues. It's Rick and Morty, after all.
But here's where things get interesting. Or, dare I say... controversial?
My (Maybe) Unpopular Opinion
Look, I know everyone loves this episode. The whole "remembering" sequence? It's a hit.
But am I the only one who thinks it's a little... overrated? Please, don't get me wrong, it's fun.

It's got those trademark meta jokes. Rick being Rick. Morty being... well, Morty.
The "Remembering" Game
The whole "remembering" thing is clever. They start breaking free from the alien's influence. One memory at a time.
Cue some wild flashbacks. Some hilarious situations that challenge their reality.
I'll admit, the creativity is top-notch. Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland know their stuff.
So, What's My Problem?
I think it tries too hard. There are moments that just feel… forced. You know, the humor falls flat.

It feels like they're ticking off boxes. Meta humor? Check. Gross-out gags? Check. Existential dread? Check.
It loses some of its magic when it feels formulaic.
Comparisons Are Cruel (But Necessary)
Let's be real. Season 4 had some bangers. "Rattlestar Ricklactica"? Now that's an episode.
The planet of snakes was pure genius. Infinite Mortys controlled by a hive mind? Mind blowing.

Compared to that, "Promortyus" feels a little… safe. It does not pack as much punch.
Don't Get Me Wrong, It's Still Good
I'm not saying it's bad. It's Rick and Morty. It is hard to make a truly bad episode.
The animation is slick. The voice acting is spot on. There are funny moments.
It's just… not a top-tier episode for me. And I know that's heresy to some.
Am I Alone in This?
Am I the only one who feels this way? Or are there others out there who agree?

Maybe I'm just being a grumpy Rick and Morty fan. Maybe I need to rewatch it.
But for now, I'm sticking to my guns. "Promortyus" is good. Not great.
Let's Discuss!
What do you think? Am I being too harsh? Or do you secretly agree with me?
Let me know your thoughts. Let's have a good old-fashioned Rick and Morty debate.
After all, that's what this show is all about, right? Divisive opinions and existential crises.
