My Hero Academia Season 4 Episode 17 English Sub

Okay, let's talk about My Hero Academia. Specifically, Season 4 Episode 17, English sub. You know, the one where things get really real. Buckle up!
I have a confession. I might…might… have re-watched it a few times. Don't judge me! Who could resist?
The Gentle Criminal of Our Hearts
Let's be honest, Gentle Criminal is… complicated. He wants to be a villain, but he's kinda... nice? Am I the only one who felt a little bad for him?
Must Read
I know, I know, he's breaking the law. But his backstory! The feels! It's all just too much.
And La Brava? Absolute icon. Their dynamic is honestly the cutest thing this side of Deku and Uraraka. Unpopular opinion: I ship it!
Deku's Dilemma: Tea and Tears
Deku’s internal struggle in this episode is top-tier. All that pressure! Imagine having to fight a villain while also protecting a school festival.

Talk about stressful. Poor kid just wants to drink his tea. He probably needs a nap and a hug.
His fight with Gentle Criminal? Chef's kiss! The animation was beautiful. The emotional weight? Heavy! I'm getting chills just thinking about it.
The Festival Vibes
The school festival! Remember that? It almost feels like a distant memory in the grand scheme of things.

I kind of loved the juxtaposition. Serious villain fight going on outside. Pure wholesome teenage fun happening inside. It's very My Hero Academia in a nutshell.
And Eri’s smile? Protect that smile at all costs! It's worth fighting for, seriously!
The Unsung Hero: The Tea
Okay, hear me out. The tea Gentle Criminal uses. It's basically a Quirk power-up. That's pretty clever, right?

I’m just saying, what if everyone started using quirk-enhancing tea? The world would be a much weirder, and possibly more delicious, place.
I'm low-key thinking about starting my own "heroic tea" business. Don't steal my idea!
Overall: A Masterpiece?
Look, is Season 4 Episode 17 perfect? Maybe not. But it's got everything I love about My Hero Academia. Heart, humor, and a whole lot of action.

It showed us that even villains can have sympathetic motivations. And that sometimes, the biggest battles are fought within ourselves.
Plus, the artstyle got serious boost and the fight are exciting. If you haven't watched it (or re-watched it for the tenth time like me) you absolutely should! Go beyond! Plus Ultra!
Bonus thought: Did anyone else notice the subtle hints of foreshadowing in this episode? I'm convinced they're setting something BIG up!
