She explains that Izuku has to learn to control One For All, or his body will keep breaking down. It's a "use it or lose it" situation, except "lose it" means "completely shatter your bones."

Remember that ball toss from earlier? It becomes super important. Izuku is sitting in last place, facing expulsion, and it seems like his dream is about to crumble.

This entire episode is built around this event. If he doesn't find a way to use his quirk properly, he will be immediately expelled from the school!
