Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Lucoa Is My Xx

Okay, let's get this out there. I know what you're thinking. It's a little...out there. But hear me out, alright?
Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is awesome, right? We all agree on that. Cute dragons, quirky characters, and enough slice-of-life goodness to make you feel all warm inside.
The Dragon in the Room
But let's be real, there's one character who always steals the show: Lucoa. Yes, that Lucoa.

My Unpopular Opinion: Lucoa Is My Spirit Animal
I know, I know. She's... boisterous. Outgoing, if you will. Some might even say a bit much. But that's exactly why I relate to her!
She's unapologetically herself. No holding back. Always ready with a goofy grin and a playful tease. Sounds like someone I know... cough me cough.
Plus, she’s got that whole ancient-goddess-turned-lazy-dragon thing going on. Who hasn't felt like that on a Monday morning? Tell me I'm wrong!

I'm not saying I'm running around causing magical mayhem or anything. But I definitely appreciate her carefree attitude. It's infectious!
Seriously, imagine waking up and deciding you're just going to spend the day napping in a sunbeam. That's the Lucoa life, and I'm here for it.
The "Responsibility" Thing
Alright, so she might not be the most responsible dragon. She does look after Shouta, in her own... special way. I guess?

But who needs responsibility when you can have fun? Okay, maybe a little responsibility is good. But mostly fun. That's my motto!
"Embrace the chaos!" - Probably Lucoa. And also me, now.
She reminds me to not take things too seriously. To laugh at myself. To enjoy the little things, like a good nap or a delicious snack.
These days, everyone's stressed about something. Bills, work, relationships. Lucoa's a reminder to just... chill out. Be a dragon for a day.

So, Am I Crazy?
Maybe. But I think a little bit of "crazy" is good for the soul. And if that "crazy" comes in the form of a giant, playful dragon goddess, then so be it.
Don't get me wrong, I love all the Dragon Maid characters. Tohru's dedication, Kanna's innocence, even Kobayashi's exasperated sighs. They are all great.
But Lucoa? She's special. She's my spirit animal. She's the dragon I aspire to be (minus the, you know... public indecency).

I said what I said. Don't @ me.
Okay, maybe @ me. But be nice! Just trying to spread some dragon-fueled joy here.
So, who's with me? Anyone else out there secretly wishing they could be a little more like Lucoa? Let me know! Misery... I mean dragon-y joy, loves company!
