Law And Order Svu Season 22 Ep 15

Okay, let's talk Law & Order: SVU. Specifically, Season 22, Episode 15. You know, the one with all the twists?
The Case of the...Wait, What Was It Again?
Seriously, after 22 seasons, sometimes the cases blur. I remember something about a powerful guy and a complicated situation. Classic SVU, right?
The plot had more layers than a well-made lasagna. I was constantly asking myself "Who's lying?" and "Wait, what’s their motive again?".
Must Read
Benson: Still Got It (Mostly)
Let's be real, Benson is the glue that holds the whole thing together. She’s seen it all. She’s still empathetic even after dealing with the worst humanity has to offer.
Sometimes I wish she’d just yell, "Enough!" and solve every case with sheer force of will. But then it wouldn't be SVU, would it?
She did have some great moments in this episode. I especially enjoyed the scenes when she was playing good cop/stern cop. Classic Benson!

Unpopular Opinion Time
Here's where I might lose some of you. Are you ready? I think this episode was...fine.
Gasp! I know. Blasphemy! But hear me out.
It wasn't bad. But it wasn't one of those episodes that stick with you. No real gut-punching moments, you know?

The guest stars were… adequate. No one particularly blew me away. Maybe my standards are too high after watching 22 seasons.
The Predictability Factor
After so many years, some of the SVU tropes are just... obvious. Did anyone really think [Spoiler Alert] that the initial suspect was actually the culprit?
The red herrings were practically neon. It's like, "Okay, SVU, I see what you’re doing. Try harder!".

I wish they would shake things up more! Like, maybe Benson could take a vacation episode. Or Fin could solve a crime using only his street smarts and a really good cup of coffee.
Still Watching, Though
Despite my minor complaints, I'm still a loyal SVU viewer. It’s like comfort food. You know exactly what you're getting.
It's a reliable source of drama, intrigue, and moral ambiguity. And hey, Ice-T is always good for a one-liner.

So, season 22, episode 15? A solid, dependable SVU episode. Not the best, not the worst. Just…there.
I'll be tuning in next week, hoping for a little more of that SVU magic. Maybe this time, it will blow my mind.
What do you think? Agree? Disagree? Don’t yell at me too much. 😉
