Jujutsu Kaisen How Many Episodes In Season 2

Okay, Let's Talk Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2... Episodes!
So, Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen dropped. We all screamed, right? The animation was chef's kiss. But... how many episodes did we actually get?
It felt like a blink! One minute we're partying with young Gojo. The next, we're emotionally destroyed in Shibuya. Time flies when you're having fun (or trauma!).
The Official Count (Which We Secretly Question)
Officially, Season 2 clocks in at 23 episodes. Yes, 23. Sounds like a lot, doesn't it? But did it FEEL like 23? I'm not entirely convinced.
Must Read
Maybe it's the pacing. Some arcs flew by faster than Toji Fushiguro disappearing after a job. Others lingered like a cursed spirit you can't shake off.
Or maybe it’s just the sheer intensity. Each episode packed so much punch. It's like eating a rich dessert, you get full faster! We all deserve a break after that Shibuya Incident.

Unpopular Opinion Alert!
Here's where I might lose some of you. Are you ready? I kind of wish there were... fewer episodes. Gasp!
Hear me out! Some of the slower moments could have been trimmed. Streamlining things would have amplified the emotional impact of the big moments.
Imagine a tighter, leaner season. Boom! Maximum impact. More concentrated, like a perfectly brewed cup of coffee... or a powerful Domain Expansion.

The Shibuya Incident: A Case Study in Emotional Overload
The Shibuya Incident arc? Amazing. Heartbreaking. Utterly devastating. But it also felt… long. So long.
Each loss, each sacrifice, each moment of despair hammered us relentlessly. Maybe a little less hammer, more sculpt? Just a thought!
Perhaps condensing some of the battles would have made the final moments even more gut-wrenching. Instead of a marathon of sadness, a sprint to the finish line of tears.

Quality Over Quantity (Always!)
Don't get me wrong, the quality was top-notch. Studio MAPPA consistently delivers. But even the best studio can benefit from a tighter narrative.
Look at Attack on Titan! (Please don't yell at me). The final seasons split up. The pacing was perfect. Maybe Jujutsu Kaisen could take a page from that book?
Plus, more episodes mean more waiting! We all want Season 3 now, right? Less episodes would mean a slightly faster turnaround. Just saying.

Ultimately, We're Grateful (But Still Thinking...)
Okay, okay, I'm not trying to be ungrateful. We got a fantastic season of Jujutsu Kaisen. We should be happy! I am happy!
But as fans, we're allowed to have opinions. Even if they're slightly... controversial. Right?
So, 23 episodes it is. But next season? Maybe a slightly shorter, even more impactful ride? We can dream, can't we? Maybe Yuji will get a break next season.
