Episode 2. "He Who Dares Stand Proud!" I know, epic title. But honestly? It's a little overrated.

Don't get me wrong, the episode isn't bad. It's just...slow. Maybe I'm impatient.

Okay, so the main event is the Stand attack on the car. Jotaro is cool, calm, and collected, as always.

But a car? Really? I appreciate the creativity, sure. Still, it feels a bit like filler before the real villains show up.

It's like Araki was saying, "Hey, even vehicles can be Stand users! Get ready!"

Let's be real, Joseph Joestar is hilarious. His antics in this episode? Gold.

His attempts to explain Stands are...endearing, let's say. But also, a bit confusing, even for viewers familiar with the series.

He's trying his best, bless his heart. "Hermit Purple! Hamon! Photography!" It's a lot.

Of course, Star Platinum gets to shine. The precision, the power... it's all there.

But the "Ora Ora" barrage feels a little underutilized here. Maybe I'm just greedy for more punches.

It's a taste of what's to come. But just a taste.

Here's where it gets spicy. I think the whole "car Stand" fight could have been shorter.

Yes, it establishes the threat. But it drags a bit. Especially on rewatches.
