In Memory Of Selena On House Hunters 2021

Okay, hear me out. I have a confession. It's about my deep, dark, and slightly controversial House Hunters obsession. And Selena.

Remember 2021? A simpler time? Or was it? Anyway, did anyone else low-key wish Selena would somehow, magically, appear on House Hunters?

I know, I know. It's a weird thought. She's, like, a mega-star icon. But just picture it!

The Dream Scenario

Imagine the episode opens. A lovely couple, let’s call them…Chad and Tiffany, are searching for a three-bed, two-bath in Des Moines. So far, so House Hunters normal.

But then! BAM! The realtor pulls up to the third house. And who steps out to greet them? Only Selena freaking Quintanilla-Pérez! Well, her ghost maybe.

Why Selena?

Honestly? Because she'd bring the sass. Think about it. Selena, judging beige walls and granite countertops. Comic gold!

I can see her now. "Chad, honey, that 'open concept' living room is just...sad. Where's the personality?" Pure fire.

She’d probably want a huge space for her sewing machine, right? And maybe a dedicated room for all her concert outfits.

Unpopular Opinions Incoming!

Okay, unpopular opinion time. Most House Hunters couples are kind of…boring. I said it!

They all want the same gray-toned, "move-in ready" monstrosities. Where's the imagination, people?

That’s why Selena would be the ultimate antidote. She’d demand color, vibrancy, and maybe a secret passage or two. Just to spice things up.

Plus, imagine the musical montages. Instead of generic elevator music, we get "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom" while they tour the kitchen.

Okay, okay, I know. It's never going to happen. Selena's not haunting Des Moines real estate (probably).
