Okay, let's talk How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming. You watched it, right? I mean, who hasn't? It was adorable!

But… where's episode two? I'm not saying it's a national emergency. But my inner Viking is getting antsy.

Waiting Game Strong

We’re all patiently (ish) waiting. We are checking the internet way too often.

I've developed a new hobby: refreshing streaming services. I'm pretty sure my neighbors think I’m searching for something else entirely. Ahem.

Maybe they are waiting for a special occasion. Like Snoggletog, but a surprise one!

Here's where I get brave. Maybe… just maybe… Homecoming was perfect as a one-off. GASP!

I know, I know. Some of you are clutching your Toothless plushies in horror.

But think about it. It wrapped things up nicely. Did we really need more?

Okay, okay, I'd watch more in a heartbeat. Dragons! Vikings! Adorable family moments! Who wouldn’t?

The internet is buzzing with theories. My favorite is someone suggesting a Snoggletog miracle.

DreamWorks is being super secretive. Like, dragon-hoarding-gold secretive.

Could it be a surprise drop? Maybe! Is it likely? Probably not. But hope springs eternal!

We know the original was a hit. How to Train Your Dragon still holds a special place in our hearts.

We also know the team is incredibly talented. They wouldn't release something unless it was amazing.

So, whatever they're cooking up, it's going to be worth the wait. At least, that's what I'm telling myself.

In the meantime, re-watch the original. Or binge all the movies and series. Pretend you're doing research. You are!
