Season 4: Sword Art Online Progressive. The re-telling of Aincrad floors! This is currently ongoing as a movie series. It deserves to be considered as a fourth season due to the amount of content and the unique twist to the original arc.

Netflix's labeling is just...a choice. A confusing, sometimes frustrating choice. They do what they want, when they want. We're just along for the ride.
