Anything after that was bonus material, fan service, or maybe just a desperate attempt to keep the gravy train rolling.

Don't get me wrong, I watched it all. I'm a completist. I'm also a little bit of a glutton for punishment.

Think about it. By season 8, weren't we all a little tired of Lucy's never-ending drama?

And didn't Ruthie suddenly age like five years in one summer? It was jarring!

The storylines got stretched thinner than a dollar store pizza.

Remember that whole "cancelled but then un-cancelled" situation? Talk about a rollercoaster!

The show got cancelled, came back for one last season, and then actually ended. It was confusing.

Did anyone really feel satisfied with the ending? I'm not so sure.

Maybe you loved every single one of those eleven seasons. Maybe you think the later seasons were underrated masterpieces.

But for me, 7th Heaven will always be those first few seasons. Those are the ones I rewatch.
