I mean, cool monster, sure. But did it need that much screen time? I'm not so sure.

Then, things felt rushed at the end. Like they realized they were running out of time and crammed everything in.

It was like trying to fit a king-size sheet onto a twin bed. Someone’s gonna get pinched.

So, if I were in charge (which, let's be real, I'm clearly not), how many episodes would Season 2 have had?

I'm thinking 10. Maybe 11 max. Streamlined. Focused.

Cut some of the filler. Tighten up the plot. Give the important moments room to breathe.

Boom. Better season. Or at least, that's what I think!

Picture this: We get a quicker resolution to the Spirit Tortoise, giving more time to develop the later arcs.

More Kizuna goodness. More exploration of the other heroes. Less... giant turtle staring contests.

Of course, this is just my opinion. Many fans enjoyed all 13 episodes.

Some people love a long, drawn-out adventure. And that's perfectly valid!

But for me, the pacing issues detracted from the overall experience. It felt like a chore at times.

And anime shouldn't feel like chores. It should be fun and exciting!

Regardless, Season 2 is in the past. We can't change it. All we can do is hope for a better Season 3.

Hopefully, the creators learned from the feedback and will deliver a more consistently paced and engaging story.
