How Many Episodes Will Demon Slayer Season 3 Have

Okay, let’s talk Demon Slayer. Specifically, Demon Slayer Season 3. And even MORE specifically, how many glorious episodes we’re gonna get.
The real question on everyone's mind, right? Forget slaying demons. Forget emotional backstories. How long are we gonna be glued to our screens?
The Mystery of the Episode Count
Predicting anime episode counts is like predicting the weather. You can look at the patterns, but Mother Nature (or, you know, the studio) always has a surprise up her sleeve.
Must Read
Season 1 had 26 episodes. Season 2 was split into two parts, with a total of 18 (if we count the Mugen Train arc). What does this tell us? Absolutely nothing concrete!
But that's no fun, so let's speculate.
Looking at the Manga
Season 3 covers the Swordsmith Village Arc. It’s a pretty action-packed arc. Full of awesome fights, new demons, and Tanjirou getting beat up (as per usual).

Comparing it to previous arcs, it feels like a solid 12 episodes would do it justice. Enough to build suspense, show off those amazing animation skills, and give us all the feels.
But hey, that's just a guess. Don't come yelling at me if I'm wrong.
My Unpopular Opinion (Brace Yourselves!)
Here it comes. The take that might get me exiled from the Demon Slayer fandom.
I think... I hope... for fewer episodes. Gasp!

Hear me out! Quality over quantity, people. Remember when some shows padded their seasons with filler episodes? No one wants that. Nobody.
I'd rather have a tightly-paced, beautifully animated 10 episodes than a 16-episode season with some, uh, less engaging content. Plus, less waiting!
This is just my humble opinion. I know, I know. Some of you are screaming for 24 episodes. I respect that. But remember how great Attack on Titan final season was with shorter, more frequent releases?

The Waiting Game
Ultimately, we’re at the mercy of Ufotable. The animation studio known for making us drool with their visuals.
They’ll decide the fate of our viewing schedules. They hold the power to make us binge-watch or anxiously await each weekly drop.
All we can do is speculate, refresh news sites, and maybe...just maybe... send them positive vibes for a well-paced, exciting season. Regardless of the episode count.
So, what’s your prediction? Are you team “give me all the episodes” or team “quality over quantity”? Let the debate begin!

Meanwhile, I'll be over here re-watching Season 1 and 2. You know, for research purposes.
Don’t forget the tissues. You will need them. Especially if Nezuko is involved.

Wise words to live by... and to help us cope with the eventual end of Season 3. Whenever that may be.
But seriously, let’s hope Inosuke gets more screen time. Because, well, he’s Inosuke.
