How Many Episodes Will Be In Young Justice Season 4

The Great Young Justice Episode Mystery!
Okay, let's talk Young Justice. Specifically, season 4, AKA Phantoms. And most importantly: how many episodes DID we get?!
It feels like forever since we were diving into the Phantom Zone with Superboy, right? Time flies when you're watching animated superheroes grapple with existential dread.
The "Official" Answer
So, the “official” word is that Young Justice: Phantoms has 26 episodes. Twenty-six! Sounds like a solid number, right?
Must Read
Warner Bros. Discovery said, "Yep, 26!" Wikipedia echoes this. IMDb? Ditto.
But here’s where my brain starts to do mental gymnastics.
My "Unpopular" Opinion (Brace Yourselves!)
Here it comes...I think Young Justice: Phantoms feels…incomplete. There, I said it!
It's not that the episodes we got were bad. Quite the opposite! They were packed with emotional punches and complex plotlines.

But the pacing felt…off. Like a symphony missing a crucial movement.
Evidence From The Phantom Zone (Of My Mind)
Think about it. Each arc focused on a different character, which was fantastic. We got deep dives into Miss Martian, Superboy, Rocket, Zatanna, and Artemis's journeys.
But with so much ground to cover, did each arc truly get the breathing room it deserved? I'm not so sure.
Characters popped in and out. Plot threads dangled. It felt like there were ideas left on the cutting room floor!
Could We Have Had More? A Fan's Wishful Thinking
Maybe I'm just greedy. Maybe I'm so invested in these characters that I want all the stories!

But imagine a few more episodes dedicated to exploring the consequences of certain decisions. Or further developing relationships.
Think of how much richer the experience could have been! We want more Young Justice!
The "Feels" Factor
It’s not just about plot. It's about the emotional connection. We’ve grown up with these characters!
We want to see them struggle, succeed, and, yes, sometimes fail spectacularly. More screen time means more opportunities for those emotional moments.

The core five: Miss Martian, Superboy, Aqualad, Kid Flash, and Artemis - they deserve all the love.
The (Likely) Reality
Okay, okay. I know. Realistically, 26 episodes is a decent run for a season. Especially in this age of streaming wars and ever-shifting content.
And I’m grateful for what we got. Truly!
But a part of me will always wonder…what if? What if we got 30 episodes? 35? The possibilities!
So, How Many Should There Have Been?
This is the unanswerable question. It's subjective. Based purely on my feels!

But if I had my way? Young Justice: Phantoms would have been a 32-episode epic. Enough time to tie up every loose end and give every character a satisfying conclusion (for now!).
What do you think? Am I crazy? Or do you also feel like Phantoms left you wanting just a little bit more?
The End (For Now!)
Ultimately, the number of episodes doesn't diminish the quality of what we did get. Young Justice is still amazing.
But hey, a fan can dream, right? Maybe someday, we'll get a surprise "lost episodes" drop. A girl can hope!
Until then, I'll be rewatching Young Justice for the millionth time, analyzing every frame and imagining all the stories that could have been.
