How Many Episodes Season 10 American Horror Story

American Horror Story: Double Feature – Episode Count Conundrum!
Let's talk American Horror Story, specifically Season 10, aka Double Feature. Remember that one? It had aliens and vampires. A wild ride, for sure.
But how many episodes were actually in that season? This is where things get a little... fuzzy. Because technically, it was two stories in one.
"Red Tide": A Bite-Sized Treat?
First up was "Red Tide." This part took place by the sea. Think small town, dark secrets, and artist troubles.
Must Read
Many people enjoyed this beginning! But was it long enough? Let's find out...
"Red Tide" clocks in at six episodes. Six! Seemed way too short, didn't it?
"Death Valley": Alien Antics
Then we zoomed over to the desert for "Death Valley." This half was all about aliens. And government conspiracies, of course.

This half was a bit... polarizing, to say the least. Some loved the camp, others? Not so much.
"Death Valley" gets another four episodes. Adding up to ten episodes in total!
So, Ten Episodes Total, Right? (Maybe...)
So, officially, American Horror Story: Double Feature has ten episodes. Case closed? Nope! Not in my opinion.

It felt like two mini-seasons, mashed together. Like ordering two appetizers and calling it a full meal.
Personally, I think "Red Tide" needed more room to breathe. The ending felt so rushed! Ryan Murphy, hear my plea!
An Unpopular Opinion: It Needed More!
Okay, unpopular opinion time: "Red Tide" deserved its own full season. Imagine diving deeper into the town's history.
More time with those pale creatures? Yes, please! A full ten episodes would have done wonders.

And "Death Valley"? Well, maybe that could have been a shorter, more focused arc. Less filler, more thrills!
Could the Season Episodes be Balanced?
Maybe American Horror Story could've given both halves seven episodes each. That would have been a more balanced season.
Seven is better than six. And that's a hill I'm willing to die on! Especially since it's American Horror Story, where people die anyway.

I know, I know. Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters are probably tired. But more episodes are always better!
The Episode Count That Almost Was
Think about all the untold stories. The characters we barely got to know. The missed opportunities! It hurts, doesn't it?
It almost makes me want to write my own version of American Horror Story. With fifteen episodes per season. Dream big, right?
So, while Double Feature had ten episodes, did it feel like a complete season? I say no. But hey, that's just me!
