How Many Episodes In Summer House Season 6

Okay, let's talk Summer House. Specifically, season 6. How many episodes did it have? It's a question that's plagued my group chats. A question I've Googled more times than I'd like to admit.
The Great Episode Count Debate
Seriously, did anyone actually keep track? Between the drama, the rosé, and the questionable fashion choices, counting episodes felt...optional. I'm pretty sure I missed at least one while trying to recreate Ciara Miller's amazing hairstyles.
It felt like it went on forever, didn't it? Like one long, boozy weekend. But in a good way, of course. A very, very messy, but good way.

So, the Magic Number Is...
Drumroll, please! According to my very reliable sources (aka, the internet), Summer House Season 6 had 17 episodes. Seventeen! That's a whole lot of screaming matches and relationship drama packed into one summer.
Plus, we got two reunion episodes. Those are practically required viewing. Imagine missing Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke hashing things out! Unthinkable.

I swear there was a point where every other episode featured a new fight. It was exhausting, but in a strangely addictive way. Like reality TV crack.
My Unpopular Opinion (Prepare Yourselves)
Okay, this is where things get controversial. I think Summer House Season 6 could have used, like, two fewer episodes. Hear me out!
Some of the drama felt a little…manufactured. Like they were trying too hard to create storylines. I'd rather see genuine messiness than forced conflict.

Plus, towards the end, I started to feel a bit fatigued. Seventeen episodes is a lot of housemates acting like overgrown toddlers. Even for me.
More Parties, Less Arguing, Please!
Don't get me wrong, I love a good Summer House fight. But I also love seeing them have fun! Remember when they used to actually, you know, party?
More themed parties, less screaming about boyfriends, please. That's my official request to the Bravo gods. Are you listening, Andy Cohen?

Give us more outrageous costumes and less relationship analysis. I'm here for the chaos, not a therapy session. Though, let's be honest, they all probably need therapy.
In Conclusion: Summer House Is Still My Guilty Pleasure
Despite my gripes, I still devoured every episode of Season 6. I'm a sucker for the drama. I admit it.
And who knows, maybe the extra-long season was worth it. Maybe all that fighting brought them closer together (doubtful). Or maybe it just made for good TV. Probably the latter.

So, seventeen episodes it is! Until next summer, I'll be re-watching my favorite moments and bracing myself for whatever craziness Season 7 brings. And secretly hoping for a few less episodes. Maybe.
What about you? Do you think seventeen episodes was too much? Or just the right amount of Summer House madness? Sound off below!
"Summer should be fun, right? Let's bring back the fun!" - Me, desperately craving more pool parties.
