How Many Episodes In Season 5 Of The Good Doctor

So, About The Good Doctor Season 5...

Let's talk about The Good Doctor. Specifically, Season 5. How many episodes were there? The answer might surprise you (or not!).

Get ready...it had a whopping 18 episodes! Yeah, a good chunk of time to spend with Shaun and the gang.

Now, I'm just going to put this out there. This is my unpopular opinion warning!

Season 5...wasn't my favorite. There, I said it. Did anyone else feel that way?

I felt like some storylines just...dragged. Like a never-ending surgery with too many complications.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good wedding! Shaun and Lea's wedding was supposed to be the highlight.

But the pre-wedding jitters felt... manufactured? It just seemed like they were stretching it out. Anyone else agree?

And the whole sabotage thing? Seriously, someone tried to ruin their special day? Talk about dramatic!

We all have our favorite characters, right? I'm a big fan of Dr. Glassman. Who isn't?

But sometimes, the new additions to the team felt a bit... forced. Like they were trying too hard.

I think the show tried to explore all the doctors, but got lost in the weeds.

Look, 18 episodes is a long commitment! Especially when some of them feel like filler.

I kept thinking, "Okay, is this leading somewhere?" Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't!

Maybe if it were like 14-16 episodes, it would have been a more streamlined season. Just my humble opinion.

Okay, I don't want to sound like a total hater! There were definitely some great moments.

Shaun's growth as a doctor and a person is always amazing to watch. Freddie Highmore is phenomenal!

And the medical cases are always fascinating. They keep you guessing, that's for sure.

Despite my Season 5 gripes, I'm still a fan of The Good Doctor.

I'm curious to see where they take the characters next. And I’m hoping for less filler, more killer storylines!
