How Many Chapters Does Demon Slayer Manga Have

Okay, let's talk Demon Slayer. Specifically, how many chapters of the manga are there? The answer? A grand total of 205 chapters. That's a lot of demon slaying!
Seems simple enough, right? Well, it is! But the real question is: is that enough?
Is 205 Chapters Really Enough Slaying?
Now, hear me out. Two hundred and five chapters sounds like a good chunk. But sometimes, I feel like it ended a tad too soon. Don't get me wrong, the ending was beautifully bittersweet.
Must Read
It wrapped up the main storyline nicely. Muzan was defeated. Our heroes saved the day. Everyone who was supposed to... well, you know.
But did we really get enough of certain characters? I think not!
Unpopular Opinion Alert: I Wanted More!
Okay, here's where I might get some hate. But I wanted more slice-of-life stuff. I wanted to see Tanjiro and Nezuko just... living.

Imagine chapters dedicated to them adjusting to a demon-free world. Or Zenitsu trying (and failing) to woo Nezuko. Comedy gold, I tell you!
And what about the other Hashira? We barely scratched the surface of their backstories. A mini-arc for each of them? Yes, please!
Seriously, think about it. Imagine a chapter dedicated solely to Rengoku's flamboyant fire techniques. The possibilities are endless!

I know, I know. Some people prefer tight, concise stories. They argue that dragging things out ruins the pacing. I get it...sort of.
But I'm a sucker for character development. And world-building. I wanted to wallow in the Demon Slayer universe for a little longer.
Maybe a few chapters showing how the Demon Slayer Corps rebuilt after the final battle. Seeing them train new recruits? That could have been amazing.

Maybe a Spin-off? Pretty Please?
Since we're on the topic of wanting more, let's talk spin-offs. Think of the possibilities! A prequel series about the original Sun Breathing user?
Or a story focusing on a completely new generation of Demon Slayers? The world is ripe for exploration!
Honestly, I'd even take a cooking show starring Sanemi. Okay, maybe not. But you get my point!

I'm not saying the ending was bad. Far from it! I just think there was so much potential for further adventures.
Maybe Koyoharu Gotouge felt they told the story they wanted to tell. Which is totally fair. But a girl can dream, right?
So, yeah, 205 chapters of Demon Slayer. Is it a lot? Sure. Is it enough? In my humble, probably unpopular opinion, not quite.
Give us more demon slaying adventures!
What do you think? Did you feel satisfied with the ending? Or were you left wanting more, like me? Let me know!
